Instructions
- Marinate the chicken thighs in buttermilk for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
- Mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Remove chicken from buttermilk, allowing excess to drip off, and coat in the flour mixture.
- Heat oil in a deep skillet over medium heat. Fry the chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes per side.
- Assemble the burger by placing the fried chicken on a bun, adding lettuce, tomato slices, pickles, and mayonnaise. Serve hot.
