- 1 pound Cajun chicken, cooked and diced
- 12 ounces cheese tortellini
- 2 cups Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, cook the cheese tortellini according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In the same pot, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add the cooked Cajun chicken to the pot and stir to combine.
- Reduce heat and add the cubed Velveeta cheese and milk, stirring until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
- Mix in the cooked tortellini and season with salt and pepper to taste.
