Ingredients

  • 1 pound Cajun chicken, cooked and diced
  • 12 ounces cheese tortellini
  • 2 cups Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the cheese tortellini according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add the cooked Cajun chicken to the pot and stir to combine.
  4. Reduce heat and add the cubed Velveeta cheese and milk, stirring until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
