- 2 chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 8 ounces twisted pasta
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the twisted pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- Season the chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the seasoned chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and toss to coat.
- Slice the chicken and serve it over the pasta, garnished with fresh parsley.
