Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 8 ounces twisted pasta
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the twisted pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning.
  3. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  4. Add the seasoned chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
  5. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  6. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  7. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  8. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  9. Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and toss to coat.
  10. Slice the chicken and serve it over the pasta, garnished with fresh parsley.
