Ingredients

  • 1 lb steak (your choice of cut)
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 oz rigatoni pasta
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the rigatoni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season the steak with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the steak to the skillet and cook to your desired doneness, about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare.
  5. Remove the steak from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  6. In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  7. Add the cooked rigatoni to the skillet and toss to coat in the garlic butter.
  8. Slice the steak and serve it over the rigatoni, garnished with fresh parsley.
