Description

Ingredients

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the ricotta cheese, vanilla extract, and cinnamon, mixing until well combined.
  4. Gradually add the flour, salt, and mini chocolate chips, stirring until a dough forms.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
  7. Allow the cookies to cool completely before dusting with powdered sugar.
