Description

A refreshing and vibrant salad perfect for spring, featuring fresh mozzarella, ripe tomatoes, and fragrant basil.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 ripe tomatoes, sliced
  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella, sliced
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Arrange the sliced tomatoes and mozzarella on a serving platter, alternating between the two.
  2. Tuck fresh basil leaves in between the layers of tomatoes and mozzarella.
  3. Drizzle the olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the salad.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
