Ingredients
- Cherry tomatoes – 1 pint
- Fresh mozzarella balls – 8 oz
- Fresh basil leaves – 1 bunch
- Balsamic glaze – for drizzling
- Salt and pepper – to taste
- Skewers – 12 small or medium
Instructions
- Wash the cherry tomatoes and basil leaves.
- On each skewer, thread a cherry tomato, followed by a basil leaf, and then a mozzarella ball.
- Repeat the process until the skewer is filled, leaving some space at the ends.
- Arrange the skewers on a serving platter.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze and sprinkle with salt and pepper before serving.
Notes
- For added flavor, marinate the mozzarella in olive oil and herbs before assembling.
