  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted

  • 2 cups apples, peeled and diced
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup chopped nuts (optional)
  • 1 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in vanilla extract.
  5. Fold in diced apples and cinnamon, then pour the mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
  6. In another bowl, combine brown sugar, oats, flour, and nuts (if using) to create the topping.
  7. Sprinkle the topping over the cheesecake mixture.
  8. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set.
  9. Allow to cool, then drizzle with caramel sauce before serving.
