- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 large eggs

- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bread loaf pan.
- Mix together the flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon in a large bowl.
- Combine melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract in another bowl, then mix into the dry ingredients until just combined.
- Fold in the diced apples.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
- Drizzle with caramel sauce before serving.
