- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup sugar

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, carrot cake mix, sugar, and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, whisk together the milk, melted butter, and egg.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until a dough forms.
- Roll the dough out on a floured surface into a rectangle.
- Spread melted butter over the dough and sprinkle with cinnamon, sugar, raisins, and walnuts.
- Roll the dough tightly and cut into rolls.
- Place the rolls in a greased baking dish and let them rise for 30 minutes.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
