Description

Deliciously soft and fluffy cinnamon rolls infused with the flavors of carrot cake, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup carrot cake mix
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup raisins (optional)
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the flour, carrot cake mix, sugar, and cinnamon.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the milk, melted butter, and egg.
  4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until a dough forms.
  5. Roll the dough out on a floured surface into a rectangle.
  6. Spread melted butter over the dough and sprinkle with cinnamon, sugar, raisins, and walnuts.
  7. Roll the dough tightly and cut into rolls.
  8. Place the rolls in a greased baking dish and let them rise for 30 minutes.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Let cool slightly before serving.
