  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup cream cheese frosting (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the carrot cake mix, crushed pineapple, shredded carrots, walnuts, raisins, vegetable oil, eggs, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. Mix until well combined and pour the batter into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
