Description

A delicious and easy-to-make appetizer that combines the sweetness of carrots with the creaminess of cheese.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups grated carrots
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (for coating)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine grated carrots, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onions, walnuts, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into a ball shape.
  4. Roll the cheese ball in breadcrumbs until fully coated.
  5. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
  6. Serve with crackers or vegetable sticks.
