  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vegan butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  3. Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring it is fully coated.
  4. Place the coated florets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
  6. In a separate bowl, mix the buffalo sauce with melted vegan butter.
  7. Remove the cauliflower from the oven and toss it in the buffalo sauce mixture.
  8. Return the cauliflower to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  9. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
