A delightful fusion of cheeseburgers and quesadillas, perfect for a quick meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup cooked ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup pickles, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • Cooking spray or oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the cooked ground beef with ketchup, mustard, onions, tomatoes, and pickles.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and spray with cooking spray or add a little oil.
  3. Place one tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle half of the cheese on top.
  4. Add the beef mixture evenly over the cheese.
  5. Top with the remaining cheese and place the second tortilla on top.
  6. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the bottom tortilla is golden brown, then carefully flip and cook the other side until golden and the cheese is melted.
  7. Remove from the skillet, let cool for a minute, then cut into wedges and serve.
