Ingredients

  • 8 flour tortillas
  • Oil spray or melted butter for brushing
  • Powdered sugar for dusting


Instructions

  1. Combine cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  2. Spoon a small amount of the cheesecake mixture onto the center of each tortilla, fold in the sides, and roll tightly.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  4. Place the chimichangas in the air fryer basket; brush with oil or melted butter.
  5. Air fry for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
