- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar

- Oil for frying

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon juice until smooth.
- Place a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture in the center of each egg roll wrapper.
- Fold the sides of the wrapper over the filling and roll it up tightly, sealing the edges with a little water.
- Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
- Fry the egg rolls in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
- Dust with additional powdered sugar before serving.
