Deliciously crispy macaroni and cheese balls made in the air fryer, inspired by the Cheesecake Factory.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked macaroni
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, and cream cheese.
- Mix until well combined and season with salt and pepper.
- Form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Roll each ball in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and place the macaroni balls in a single layer.
- Spray the tops of the balls with cooking spray.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add spices like garlic powder or paprika to the cheese mixture.
- These can be made ahead of time and frozen before air frying.
- Adjust cooking time based on the size of the balls.
