Description

Deliciously crispy macaroni and cheese balls made in the air fryer, inspired by the Cheesecake Factory.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked macaroni
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, and cream cheese.
  2. Mix until well combined and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Roll each ball in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  6. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and place the macaroni balls in a single layer.
  7. Spray the tops of the balls with cooking spray.
  8. Air fry for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  9. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
