Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the refried beans, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, sour cream, and salsa.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper to the mixture and stir until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
