Instructions
- Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
- Stir in the Cajun seasoning and minced garlic; cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Add the cooked pasta and shredded cheddar cheese; stir until the cheese is melted and everything is well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
