- 1 lb chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- 1/2 cup pesto sauce
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup garlic butter
- 12 slider buns
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with pesto sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Place the slider buns on a baking sheet.
- Spread the chicken mixture evenly on the bottom half of the buns.
- Top with mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
- Brush the tops of the buns with garlic butter.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven, assemble the sliders, and serve warm.
Notes
- Feel free to add vegetables like spinach or roasted red peppers for extra flavor.
- These sliders can be made ahead of time and baked just before serving.
