Ingredients

  • 1 cup orzo pasta
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked.
  2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking until the onion is translucent.
  3. Stir in the orzo, beef broth, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 10-12 minutes, or until the orzo is tender.
