Description

Ingredients

  • 1 bag (30 oz) frozen hashbrowns
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup crushed cornflakes
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the frozen hashbrowns, cheddar cheese, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, chopped onion, and melted butter.
  3. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix the crushed cornflakes and grated Parmesan cheese.
  6. Sprinkle the cornflake mixture evenly over the top of the casserole.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is heated through.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
