- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, cooked rice, half of the cheese, onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into meatballs and place them in a greased baking dish.
- In another bowl, mix the cream of mushroom soup and milk until smooth.
- Pour the soup mixture over the meatballs in the baking dish.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil, sprinkle the remaining cheese on top, and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
