Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, cooked rice, half of the cheese, onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs and place them in a greased baking dish.
  4. In another bowl, mix the cream of mushroom soup and milk until smooth.
  5. Pour the soup mixture over the meatballs in the baking dish.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  7. Remove the foil, sprinkle the remaining cheese on top, and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
