- 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuits
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup milk

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the breakfast sausage over medium heat until browned and cooked through. Drain excess fat.
- Cut the refrigerated biscuits into quarters and place them in a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle the cooked sausage and shredded cheddar cheese over the biscuit pieces.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Pour the egg mixture over the sausage and biscuits.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
