- 1 package of taco seasoning
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 package of wonton wrappers
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup corn, drained
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add taco seasoning, black beans, corn, and diced tomatoes to the skillet. Stir to combine and heat through.
- Spray a muffin tin with cooking spray. Place a wonton wrapper in each muffin cup, pressing down to form a cup.
- Fill each wonton cup with the beef mixture and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the wonton wrappers are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to customize the filling with your favorite taco ingredients.
- These can be made ahead of time and reheated before serving.
- Serve with salsa or sour cream for dipping.
