- 1 jar cherry pie filling
Instructions
- Preheat the oven according to cupcake mix instructions.
- Prepare the cupcake batter as directed on the package.
- Fill cupcake liners with batter and bake until golden.
- Let cupcakes cool completely.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Fold in whipped cream gently.
- Once cupcakes are cool, cut the tops off and fill with cream cheese mixture.
- Top with cherry pie filling.
