Instructions

- Place a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture and a spoonful of cherry pie filling onto each egg roll wrapper.
- Fold the egg roll wrapper according to package instructions, sealing the edges with a little water.
- Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
- Fry the egg rolls in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
- Serve warm, optionally dusted with powdered sugar.
