Description

Delicious and healthier brownies made with Greek yogurt, perfect for spring.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, cocoa powder, and sugar until smooth.
  3. Add the flour, vegetable oil, eggs, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt to the mixture and stir until well combined.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  6. Allow to cool before cutting into squares and serving.
