Delicious and healthier brownies made with Greek yogurt, perfect for spring.
Ingredients

- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
- In a large bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, cocoa powder, and sugar until smooth.
- Add the flour, vegetable oil, eggs, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt to the mixture and stir until well combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before cutting into squares and serving.
