Description
A delicious and creamy chicken asparagus casserole that’s perfect for a family dinner.

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup asparagus, chopped
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, chopped asparagus, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, and half of the cheddar cheese. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
- In a separate bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture over the chicken and asparagus mixture.
- Top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the top is golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

- Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers or mushrooms.
