Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Slider buns
  • Lettuce and tomato for topping

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix ground chicken, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Form the mixture into small patties.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
  4. Assemble the sliders by placing a patty on each bun and topping with lettuce and tomato.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
