Ingredients

- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Slider buns
- Lettuce and tomato for topping
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ground chicken, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into small patties.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
- Assemble the sliders by placing a patty on each bun and topping with lettuce and tomato.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!

- Adjust the level of sriracha based on your spice preference.
