  • 12 small corn tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 lime


Instructions

  1. Sauté onions and garlic in olive oil.
  2. Add chicken and cook until lightly browned.
  3. Add spices and tomato paste, stirring well.
  4. Pour in broth and vinegar, simmer until thickened.
  5. Dip tortillas in broth and warm them in the skillet.
  6. Fill with chicken and cheese, fold gently.
  7. Fry until crispy on both sides.
