Description

A creamy and delicious dinner recipe featuring chicken, broccoli, and fettuccine pasta in a rich Alfredo sauce.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
  3. Add the minced garlic and broccoli florets to the skillet, cooking until the broccoli is tender.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  5. Add the cooked fettuccine to the skillet, tossing to coat in the Alfredo sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with additional Parmesan cheese if desired.
