Ingredients

  • 8 oz Pasta (rotini, penne, or fusilli)
  • 2 cups Grilled Chicken (tender grilled or rotisserie)
  • 4 cups Romaine Lettuce (chopped)
  • 1 cup Caesar Dressing (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup Croutons (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese (or dairy-free alternative)
  • to taste Salt & Pepper (for seasoning)


Instructions

  1. Cook 8 oz pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. Chop 2 cups of grilled chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Chop 4 cups of romaine lettuce into medium-sized pieces.
  4. Combine pasta, chicken, and lettuce in a large mixing bowl.
  5. Add 1 cup of Caesar dressing and toss to coat everything evenly.
  6. Sprinkle 1 cup of croutons and fold gently to combine.
  7. Finish with 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve immediately or chill in the fridge for 30 minutes for enhanced flavor.
