- 8 oz Pasta (rotini, penne, or fusilli)
- 2 cups Grilled Chicken (tender grilled or rotisserie)
- 4 cups Romaine Lettuce (chopped)
- 1 cup Caesar Dressing (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 cup Croutons (store-bought or homemade)
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese (or dairy-free alternative)
- to taste Salt & Pepper (for seasoning)
Instructions
- Cook 8 oz pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water.
- Chop 2 cups of grilled chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- Chop 4 cups of romaine lettuce into medium-sized pieces.
- Combine pasta, chicken, and lettuce in a large mixing bowl.
- Add 1 cup of Caesar dressing and toss to coat everything evenly.
- Sprinkle 1 cup of croutons and fold gently to combine.
- Finish with 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately or chill in the fridge for 30 minutes for enhanced flavor.
