Description

Ingredients

  • 150g cooked chicken, shredded
  • 100g sweet corn, drained
  • 100g bacon, diced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the diced bacon and cook until crispy.
  4. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  5. Add the shredded chicken and sweet corn to the skillet, mixing well.
  6. Drain the pasta and add it to the skillet, tossing everything together.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
