Description

Delicious and easy-to-make Chicken Parmesan Cups that are perfect for a quick meal or appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined and form into small cups in a muffin tin.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
  5. Remove from the oven and spoon marinara sauce over each cup.
  6. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  7. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes to the chicken mixture.
  • These cups can be made ahead of time and reheated in the oven.
