Instructions
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the chicken sausage and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.

- Add the broccoli florets and chicken broth, bringing the mixture to a boil.
- Once boiling, add the orzo pasta and reduce heat to a simmer.
- Cook for about 10-12 minutes, or until the orzo is tender and the liquid is mostly absorbed.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, topped with Parmesan cheese if desired.
