- 1 cup orzo pasta
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the chicken sausage and cook until browned.
- Stir in the garlic and cook for an additional minute.
- Add the orzo and chicken broth, bringing to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer until the orzo is tender, about 10 minutes.
- Stir in the cherry tomatoes and spinach, cooking until the spinach wilts.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
