Instructions
- Whisk together olive oil, minced garlic, fresh lemon juice, dried oregano, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a bowl until well combined.
- Add the chicken tenders to the marinade, ensuring they are completely coated.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) for baking or prepare your grill for cooking.
- Arrange the marinated chicken tenders on a baking sheet if using an oven, or place them on the grill.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or grill for 6-8 minutes on each side until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
