Description

A delicious and healthy Chicken Zucchini Bake that combines tender chicken with fresh zucchini and a blend of spices.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups of diced chicken breast
  • 3 medium zucchinis, sliced
  • 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the diced chicken, sliced zucchinis, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the mixture and toss to coat evenly.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
