Instructions
- Combine the shredded chicken with chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix well to combine.
- Heat the tortillas in a skillet over medium heat until warm.
- Combine grilled pineapple, red onion, cilantro, and lime juice in another bowl to make the salsa.
- Assemble the tacos by placing the seasoned chicken on each tortilla, then topping with grilled pineapple salsa.
- Serve with sour cream if desired.
