Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh parsley, chopped

  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Skewers (wooden or metal)

Instructions

  1. Cut the steak into 1-inch cubes.
  2. In a bowl, mix parsley, olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper to create the chimichurri sauce.
  3. Marinate the steak cubes in half of the chimichurri sauce for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Thread the marinated steak onto skewers.
  6. Grill the skewers for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until desired doneness is reached.
  7. Serve the skewers with the remaining chimichurri sauce on the side.
