- 1 lb steak (sirloin or flank)
- 1 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Skewers (wooden or metal)
Instructions
- Cut the steak into 1-inch cubes.
- In a bowl, mix parsley, olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper to create the chimichurri sauce.
- Marinate the steak cubes in half of the chimichurri sauce for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated steak onto skewers.
- Grill the skewers for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until desired doneness is reached.
- Serve the skewers with the remaining chimichurri sauce on the side.
