Description

Delicious and easy-to-make chocolate dipped rice krispy treats that are perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 package (10 oz) marshmallows
  • 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. In a large saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
  2. Add the marshmallows and stir until completely melted.
  3. Remove from heat and add the Rice Krispies cereal, stirring until well coated.
  4. Press the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch pan.
  5. Let it cool completely, then cut into squares.
  6. Melt the chocolate chips with the vegetable oil in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
  7. Dip each rice krispy treat into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
  8. Place on wax paper to set.

Notes

  • For a fun twist, add sprinkles on top of the chocolate before it sets.
