Description

Delicious and healthy frozen treats made with creamy chocolate Greek yogurt, perfect for spring.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, cocoa powder, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. If desired, fold in mini chocolate chips.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Using a spoon or cookie scoop, drop dollops of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Freeze for at least 2 hours or until solid.
  6. Once frozen, remove from the baking sheet and store in an airtight container in the freezer.
