Delicious and healthy frozen treats made with creamy chocolate Greek yogurt, perfect for spring.
Ingredients

- 2 cups Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, cocoa powder, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract until smooth.
- If desired, fold in mini chocolate chips.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Using a spoon or cookie scoop, drop dollops of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Freeze for at least 2 hours or until solid.
- Once frozen, remove from the baking sheet and store in an airtight container in the freezer.
