- 1/2 cup chocolate protein powder
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats and chocolate protein powder.
- Add the almond butter, honey (or maple syrup), dark chocolate chips, peppermint extract, and salt to the bowl.
- Mix all the ingredients together until well combined.
- Once mixed, use your hands to form small balls (about 1 inch in diameter) from the mixture.
- Place the protein bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
