Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, combine the rolled oats, milk, cocoa powder, and salt.
- Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
- Once boiling, reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 5 minutes, or until the oats are cooked to your desired consistency.
- Remove from heat and stir in the peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Serve warm, topped with your choice of sliced bananas, chopped nuts, or chocolate chips.
