Ingredients

- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate chips until smooth.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, melted chocolate, cocoa powder, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Mix until well combined and smooth.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Once chilled, scoop out small portions and roll them into balls.
- Roll the truffles in cocoa powder to coat.
- Place the truffles on a baking sheet and refrigerate until firm.
