Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix the Greek yoghurt and honey (or maple syrup) until well combined.
- Spread the yoghurt mixture evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
- Melt the dark chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler until smooth.
- Drizzle the melted chocolate over the yoghurt layer.
- Sprinkle the chopped nuts, dried fruits, and shredded coconut on top.
- Freeze for at least 2-3 hours or until firm.
