Description
A classic Argentinian no-bake dessert made with layers of chocolate cookies, dulce de leche, and cream cheese.

- 2 packs of chocolate cookies (about 400 grams)
- 500 grams of dulce de leche
- 500 grams of cream cheese
- 1 cup of milk
- Unsweetened cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions
- Mix the dulce de leche and cream cheese in a bowl until smooth.
- Pour the milk into a shallow dish.
- Dip each chocolate cookie into the milk for a few seconds.
- Layer the dipped cookies in a rectangular dish.
- Spread a layer of the dulce de leche and cream cheese mixture over the cookies.
- Repeat the layers: dipped cookies followed by the cream mixture.
- Finish with a final layer of the cream mixture on top.
- Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes, or overnight for best results.
- Serve chilled, dusted with cocoa powder.
Notes
Use high-quality chocolate cookies for the best flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
