- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 4 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 1/4 cup sugar. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add 1 cup sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Then, mix in sour cream, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt until smooth.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust in the baking dish.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the center is set and the edges are lightly golden.
- Allow to cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before cutting into bars.
Notes
- For a festive touch, top with whipped cream and holiday sprinkles.
- These bars can be made a day in advance for convenience.
