- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries, chopped
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese until well blended.
- Add in the chopped pecans, dried cranberries, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
- Shape the mixture into a ball and wrap it in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to firm up.
- Once chilled, remove the cheese ball from the refrigerator and roll it in additional chopped pecans for a festive touch.
- Transfer to a serving platter, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve with crackers or sliced baguette.
